Continuing from the third eye chakra blog, below are tips and advice to help us work, heal or unblock our crown chakra.
The crown chakra is the seventh chakra, located at the top centre of our head and associated with the colour violet.
The crown chakra is heavily linked to the divine, spirituality, and universal knowledge, influencing the brain and nervous system. It is said to be the most subtle chakra in the system, relating to pure consciousness; from this chakra, all the other chakras radiate.
When the crown chakra is in balance, we will feel a profound sense of connection with the universe and acquire spiritual insights, unlocking the pathway to spiritual enlightenment. Allowing us to feel a sense of freedom from previous burdens we may have experienced.
When blocked, we are less likely to experience these extraordinary experiences. A blocked crown chakra will limit spiritual growth, leaving our minds closed to the wonders of life. The negativity of the world from various media sources lowering our vibration. We may be isolated and unable to connect to others who think differently about our beliefs. Physical symptoms may include recurring headaches, insomnia, depression, nerve pain and thyroid or pineal gland disorders.
Remaining a closed book will not get us very far in life. If the pandemic showed us anything, it was to have faith, believe, love, have hope, be open-minded, and remain optimistic. How can one achieve this? Meditate. Focus on our chakras, self-love, emotions, blockages, dreams, and inspirations. Open our minds, eyes, and hearts and let us see what life is truly about.

Foods:
Violet and purple foods. Fasting and detoxing are also recommended. However, these are just tips and advice, so I recommend you look into and study further into fasting and detoxing, consulting your GP if you have ongoing health issues.
